Listenning a little bit experience for listening: when you are listenning the long lectures or long dialog during the test, and you find that you have the main idea about it from JJ, please pay more attention to the detail, because: 1, you knew the main idea already, 2, Probably you will meet many very detailed questions, as happened to me, I losted many of them because I rely on the JJ and didn't pay too much attention to the detail, that's why I only got 25)
I remember one short dialog:
w: 18 credits. And **hours part job in library...
m: I think I can handle it......
w: shorten units will higher your GPA.I really worry you cannot get scholarship this year because low GPA
Q:what's the woman's suggestion?
A:Take less class
long lectures:
1, previous JJ :一种树，很长的名字但后来有字幕, Notice: at beginning of the lecture, the feature of the seeds of the tree is mentioned, it seems say similiar or not similiar to other plant(I am not sure), and here is a question related to it. 这种树耐旱，因为它的细胞在干旱的时候can "produce" sugar and this sugar can make cell缩小，所以细胞与细胞间不会沾在一起，所以不会死，别的植物没有这个特点，所以都干死了，但还没研究出它的基因原理，要是知道的话可以转基因给农作物，人类可以利用了。Notice: there is glass like surface metioned somewhere( I didn't pay attention to this detail), there are more than two questions about it.
2.very very long: one type of Musical development, minimalism. First, explain painting minimalism, which is soft and no sharp color, with one simple color express some meaning, but sometimes confussion
3. Athroughology: community in north Canada, share some property,big window can watch people what are they doing, people go to somebody else's house by window without knocking the door and saying hello ( you can refrence previous JJ)
Long dialog:
1 Geolegy discussion in the class: Polar anxis. First, defination(here is aquestion), mention a lot: the top of earth? north anxis toward...?(should be careful). Then talk about the polar anxis keep moving. Two facts: rock and sun
2 mm: did you notice there are some new science classes in the catalog?
gg: I completed my science classes requirement for graduation.
mm: I need two, there is very intersting class, economy? the discription say can teach us how to.......
gg: Sounds good. since I will take two classes,~~,~~ which are very hard, maybe I should take this easy one.....
mm: Wait a minute, it's interesting but doesn't mean it is easy, you should read the introduction of it.
3.mm: ......(here is a question at the beginning), we should meet togeter soon.
gg: ok, how about early next week?
mm: good, but evening is better, because I have class in the morning and afternoon( here is a question)

gg: I Just remember I need work in bookstore in the evening next week. my friend have something to do and asded me to shift the schedule with him.
mm: wow, is there any possibility you can shift one time with your firend?

单词容易错的是： with respect to 选项有：in response to, in reference to, in addition to, I picked up "in addition to"
I picked up " in addition to" for "with respect to", because it seems "with respect to" in paragraph means "in terms of"
2. this is not difficult. the recall ability of people vary according to ages and what the questions is . first paragraph: an experiment indicates that: older people have worse recall ability( great decline) for simple qustion, (little decline ) for recognition question. And the recall ability of people can improve with the increase of the exposure of the information
second paragragh: for propective question, there is not so much difference between yound people and old people, because prospective question based on their experience and knowledge.

3. （转前人JJ）
英国的蛾子，和进化论的那篇，引用前人机经：举了个例子，在英国Manchester，有两种moth： gray moth 和 black moth。以前grey moth比较多，因为moth 们喜欢带在覆盖着一种linche（音似）的树枝上。而那种树枝颜色light一些，所以grey的moth不易birds敌发现，而black的moth在light color的树枝上很visable所以总是被鸟吃掉，不能繁衍后代，数量就比较少了。但是后来gray的却很少了，而black的很多，原因是工业污染，产生很多coal ducts，coal ducts killing the linche and turn the color of 树枝 to dark了，但是moth们还是喜欢在树上栖息，所以gray moth就 conspicuous了，被鸟类（有题）大量捕食，从而数量大减，相反dark moth存活下来，通过遗传基因是当地的moth颜色都比较深。从这个例子可以看出物种选择的三个要素。>>

4。 printing（转前人JJ）
Print是….（定义）。 它是艺术家们亲自参与的一种创作，虽然内容是一样的，但是每一幅都是手工的。为了保证价值，A 和 B（print 过程中用到的两种东西）会被毁掉。但是还有一种copy的，就不是艺术创作了，价值不高。人们在购买的时候要注意分清不要受那些obscure的广告干扰。。
每幅print上都有编号，比如50/100， 其中分母的数字表示一共print了几幅，分子表示没一幅的序号，有的上面只有一个数字，那表示的是总数量。 序号是没有意义的，总数量影响价值。为了避免misunderstand，很多人只在print上标总数量。Print的value 还依赖于质量和画家Reputation

For reading, if you have time, please read all the JJ from Aug. It real helps, taking my own experience as an example, I am not good at reading. Luckily, I had almost 2 and half JJ of reading.
