这是我今天去考的作文题，我凭印象又写了一遍，大概是这个样子的，第三段可能在长点，但记不住了。划线的词是当时拼错了的。麻烦大家不用评定，但一定给我打个分数 。谢谢。

TWE113 compare the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a new university in your community.

Upon to the question, it is hard to decide whether or not to establish a new university in my community. Since a new university has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. However, in my personal points of view, it is good to built a new university in my community.

There are several advantages of building a new university in my community, such as many more education and employment opportunities. It is always good to have more universities which give more chances of higher education. But it is better to build a new university in my community because there is no one there before. Students from my community have to take a long way to go to universities which are in other communities. So, some of them just give up their chances of higher education. The new university will solve this problem. Those students could study near their home. And also, the new university will bring people more works inside or outside it, like having their own businesses.

However, there also some disadvantages of having a new university in my community. The most important one is that, the increasing of settlement and businesses will bring the neighborhood low security. But, it could be easily solved by improving the community management. If everyone could follow the rules, the problem of lower safety will not appear at all.

Therefore, as a consequence, to establish a new university in my community is actually good. My community will be developed much better with it. Also, the students graduated from this university will work aroud my community to make even greater.
