GMAT 720 iBt 113 4yr

先说说我自己的情况，本科是国内IT一个学校一本和英国学校的双学位，GPA大概3.5左右，GMAT 720 + 5.5，Tofel 113 小分都在26以上，2年在世界500强跨国企业，做工程的specialist和PM Director助手，剩下2年在family business 做Marketing Director 外加一些二级市场上市并购准备的工作。

Reference是以前MNC的老板，老板是北美Top 10 MBA毕业的，还有一封国内最大基金公司老板的推荐信。

问一下想明年入学的话，2nd round还来得及吗？比较偏向纽约和加州地区的学校，Top 15的，有没有很大机会？

希望各位给点意见

如果LZ现在只剩essay没动手的话，R2应该来得及，不过个人建议要有空，还是把G刷到740+，这样TOP15把握性能大些，当然现在也还不错了，TOP30应该是没问题的

Your profile is very interesting, and I think with your profile you CAN apply to the top 15. and yes, you even have time, but you need to get started NOW!!!

Overall your GMAT is excellent, your TOEFL is stellar and your work experience is very solid. Of course I have many questions for you - about who you are, and what you have done, and especially about your family business. So the more information you can provide, the better I will understand you,

My family business is a plastic surgery hospital. My major responsibility as the marketing director is about planning marketing campaigns, leading a team to run several official wechat accounts (1m+ followers), analyzing our target consumers using the digital media data (or so everybody calls it big data), etc. And also participate in the entire process of M&A with other two hospitals and then prepared the IPO in the secondary market, namely “New-Thee-Boards". We just finalized all the relevant procedures and that's why I reply to you so late and why I think is time for me to move to the next stage of career and apply for a MBA.
My previous job was with a MNC, to assist the senior management of the MNC to negotiate with the government about a construction project that worth several billions, and assist the project director in the tendering process.

I heard a lot people say that normally 95% of the admission to Chinese applicants will be in R1, is that ture? If so, then, should I just wait for next year R1 or still do R2?

苦逼写essay中，R2还能到S16的学校吗？那就好，我就怕有点来不及，之前实在太忙了

没时间刷了，之前工作太忙，所以才等到R2的。。。bless~~~

去年某S16学校录取的中国人一个710，一个720，其余都730+，就这样。。。

那是不是背景特别强，我很忐忑哈哈，也就只好多点self reflection尽力了

I think Round 2 is also totally fine for Chinese applicants. And your profile is pretty good. So if you are ready to go, sure go for it this year!
But get started now. You only have 2 months left, and LOTS of work to do!
