通過MBA幾乎可以轉到任何商業崗位，關鍵是看你想做什麼。樓主可以參考下Vault的各種MBA相關工作介紹，希望能有幫助。其實技術背景+MBA是很多職業的黃金組合，為很多職業走向奠定基礎。

如果考慮想在亞洲發展，需要考慮學校在當地的影響和當地校友網絡。學校招聘、校友網絡如果借助不上的話，就損失了去讀MBA的一大部分資源。

薪酬問題在下不知，不敢亂答。

Let me start with answers to your questions:

1. From your story here, I think that you might take one of two tracks a) A tech Consultant role. This fits in with your past career and your stated goals. b) a managerial role in tech firm - stay in the industry you k now but make a career JUMP to more management and more business

2. If you want to work in Asia, you can consider going for Asian schools. Start with INSEAD since it has the best name in Europe too. Schools in the US and Europe which have very strong names will also place well in Asia

3. I don’t know salaries, so can’t help you on this one, but if you have any other questions regarding the MBA, do not hesitate to contact me!
