AI137集思广益中参加讨论提高自己惠及他人

137. In some companies, employees are allowed to express their feelings and opinions about the company by sending electronic messages to everyone in the company. In other companies, this type of communication is strictly prohibited.
What restrictions, if any, do you think companies should place on employees’ electronic communications? Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.
1The electonic communication is very casual. Therefore, people will not be very responsible for the words they say.
2The company should provide the employees with other formal channels to express their feelings.
3Some people may argue that the electronic communication is very convenient. However, it is reasonable to prevent the electronic communication after weighing the advantage and disadvantage.

the companies that want to gain the benefit from the electronic communication should set up the rules in advance. for example, the behavior of using the electronic communication to vent someone's resentment should be banned. That is, employees should take up responsibility for what he or she says in an electronic messages.

我怎么觉得这个题目是让你想方法来规范这些短信,而不是讨论是否该禁止呢?

1. Employees should avoid sending messages which contain racial prejudice, sexual discrimination or confidential data. Strict actions should be taken against those who violate the rules.
2. Electronic communication should serve the purpose of communication. Employees should avoid sending informal and inappropriate messages to others and sending non-relevant communication.
3. one person's freedom is only valid until it do no harm to others.

1. One must understand that every business is part of an intricate web called society, when each one is inter-dependent on the other, the society by itself is one large organization. As businesses represent a small fragment of the society, they too should follow the same rules and standards.
2. Ethical motives may prove to be antithetical to an organizations main motive - making profit, but corporates that have held their self-image as "socially conscious" have always been sought after by customers.
3. Ethic teaching may be less relevant compare with other courses, which focuses on practicality, but it help student set priorities and understand social and legal consequences for such infringements.
