after the test, go get your recommendation letter from someone that is CLOSE to you. the common mistake chinese makes, is to ask someone they think who is famous to write an brief recommendation letter for them. you'd better ask people to put in examples when they say good things about you.
get your transcript from your undergraduate school. make sure that your school mails to MBA schools (you cannot do it yourself). Undergraduate GPA is as important as your GMAT, if you did really bad there, write an essay to explain it.
go to visit schools, talk to alumni and start your painful journey writing essays. schools have topics in their application package. if you find that you don't really have anything to write in essay or try to look for other people's work, that means you may need to work a little bit longer before you apply MBA.
