各位，我准备去西班牙，马德里的IE商学院。有了解欧洲的吗？给点意见，谢谢。

IE is a good school. Don't forget to apply Asian scholarship. Start job seaching early while you are still in school (I heared from my friend who's studying there that the school's career service team didn't help a lot in this concern)

To be honest I don't know. I think it depends on your pre-MBA working experience, your language skills, country where you want to work, industry, timing etc. Hard to say. My friend is from Taiwan. He speaks good English and Spanish, want to work in finance, banking etc......he's thinking of having another MBA now. But again, it's just one case and I can not tell you that you will not find a good job after IE. School can not make or break you. In Europe IE is well known. That's all I know.

真可惜，今年没法去IE做PHD了。但心理对IE还是很有感情，帮偶谢谢Mr.Hopfle还有战略的KOCK教授吧。过几天应该去IE亲自溜达一圈~~~：（

你除了IE有別的選擇嘛?IE的入學是可以保留兩年的,你有想過IESE或ESADE嗎?

不是說IE不好,不過你到了西班牙會發現一般來說評價依然是IESE好過ESADE好過IE

原因是第一西班牙傳統的商學院中IE仍是差另兩間一點,還有就是有些人說IE的名氣是行銷手段拱出來的,學生畢業薪資的平均遜於IESE跟ESADE

IE背後是個XXX家族(忘記名字)他們整握馬德里的傳播媒體,又提供不是很正確的資料給排名機構來造就高排名,然後拼命加開各種課程搶錢,IE的校園並
不大(在市區)可是各種MBA,master of finance
etc的學生總數很多,連週末可以K書的空間都沒有,入學前校方對學生是很熱情的,之後就業服務就沒那麼好

(全部是從我目前正在IE念的朋友那聽來的,因為我也有申請IE也有offer)

我在德國參加IE的information session, 現場快20個校友全部是公司資助去念IE的,所以畢業後自然回原公司都不用找工作,所以就業統計也有很大一部分是灌水的...

2. Besides that, I prefer IE because of its duration and location, Madrid, the capital of Spain.

3. IESE is very expensive (a two-yr program), I believe IESE also put lots of marketing effort to raise its ranking. Seems much like a U.S. MBA instead of an Euro MBA.

4. ESADE, I can not understand what its selling point is.

5. Such artificial job statistic data is similar to INSEAD's after which many students returned to their sponsor companies.

Everyone knows INSEAD is more a US MBA than a Euro MBA.

Never heared that IESE is also one.

Just curious.....in your opinion which schools in Europe are US MBA system and which schools are Euro system?

I think ESADE is good at industry, markeitng jobs. At least IESE takes
ESADE as their main competitor but not IE. (My first hand experience
after joining the open day at both schools)

But to be honest I think as an inernational student you can't go wrong
with all IESE, ESADE and IE. If one really want to stay in Europe
afterwards it still depends on one's language skill and pre-MBA
experiences. These schools are not THAT different.
