Do you guys customize PS or just write one and send to all schools you are applying? Last time writing ps was 8 years ago for me and I couldn't imagine I am writing it again.
by the way, I don't recommend those free-lancer websites for PS. I used one and I think those guys are very imcompentant. They might be graduates from liberal arts, but certainly not capable of producing beautiful works.
It is sort of unrealistic to customize the PS to each school we apply. But extra modification work on the PS sent to those schools you really want to go is absolutely necessary.
