1.Maryland,even though a southern state, remained loyalty to the Union during the civil war.
答案是:loyalty錯,那要怎麼改? even though後是否一定要加完整句子?
2.The firstly naval battle of the Revolutionary War was fought off the coast of Machias, Maine, in June 1775.
答案是:firstly錯,那要怎麼改?在幾月應該用in嗎?
3.Written to be performed on a..........,Thornton Wilder's play Our Town depicts life in a small New England community.
a.stage scenery of bare
b.bare ofstage scenery
c.scenery bare stage
d.stage bare of scenery
答案是d

※※※※liyalty是名词，应该改成形容词loyal。本句中even though后面就跟了一个短语呀。

※※※※firstly改成first，形容词修饰名词battle。用in。

答案是d

※※※※on a ……后必定跟一个名词或名词词组。从意思上看，play应该是在stage上被perform，而不是在scenery上。D中bare of scenery做后置定语修饰stage。

liyalty是名词，应该改成副词loyally

偶还是认为改成形容词loyal。

remain在用法上和be差不多，本句中可以看成be＋adj.＋to＋n.的形式。

请大家讨论：）

remain loyal to 是正确表达。
