宾语从句还是时间状语从句啊?

occur是不及物动词,不及物动词后不能接状语从句的,但是我觉得也不象宾语从句,到底怎样分析啊?

thickness 改为thick,修饰inches,是不是应该放在inches前啊?

when引导的时间状语从句。

答案是:as a revolt

可不懂when a revolt against romanticism.  为什么不能是一个时间状语从句啊?

没有谓语。

就算是有谓语，你觉得意思通顺吗？
