我的处女TWE--97,各个牛人帮看看!请求狠劈!

I am always amazed when i hear people saying that teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn.Even if one did not know from concrete examples that teachers can not be paid accoring to how much his/her students learn, one could deduce it from general principles.Nevertheless, i, as a student, strongly support that teachers should not paid acording how much their students learn. The reasons go below.

we go to schools, such as colleges and universities, to learn knowledge and skills. how much would we want to learn depends on personal aim, which has no relationship with teachers to some extent. Take these students in my chass example, no doubt that there are many students, espically those coming from poor farmly very hard because they know that their opptunities to study in such a university is precious. so students in this condition learn much knowledge during the four years in my university. however, there are still other students play games in computers all day along and do not complete their homework or usually absent from their chasses, so they may learn little, or nothing, in their oeiod of universities. Looking at such examples above, one may not say that teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn because studying hard or playing games is students own choice, which has no relationship to teachers .

moreover, it is impossible for people to determine how much a student learn from a teacher. A student go to school not only learn knowledge which might be, if possible, measured through examinations, but also learn tow to study by themselves and how to cooprate with others, both of which are can not be measured or evaluated. anyone who has study even in a small school knows that it is more important for us to learn how to teach ourselves and how to do projects on a group. so, how we can pay our teachers according to how much we learn which is impossible for people to evaulate exactly.

all in all, i strongly argue that teachers should not be paid according to how much their students learn because how much students learned in schools depend on themselves and it is impossible for people to measure how much students learn from teachers.
