正确选项是C
但是对于wildlife officials estimate前后都有逗号，而且判断这里的estimate应该是动词，这难道是插入语？额，这不没有连词就run-on了啊。
所以最后在C和E纠结的时候，就只能选择E了。
求牛牛解释。
看过Ron神关于estimate的用法：
Incorrect: estimate X to have VERBed
Correct: estimate that X has VERBed

E句子得逻辑意思太扭曲了，把dear population grow这个事实生生给说成了定语从句，肯定不对。
我感觉C之所以一定要dear population做主语是有原因的：with... and with ....,这是一个介词词组，做状语修饰主句动词，表示动作发生的状态/程度或者表示伴随。此处从逻辑意思上应该是表示伴随。如果wild officials做句子主语，则with...and with...就是伴随estimate发生的；如果dear population做主语，with...and with...就是伴随grow发生的。显然从逻辑意思上后者更有道理。而且前者会有歧义：如果主句是wild officials会让人觉得predator和hunting都是针对wild officials的，如果dear population做主句，就完全没有这个歧义。
说实话，这道题读完了就觉得ABDE都别扭，语感选出C，为了解释才把直觉转化成道理讲出来的。

谢谢牛牛的解释了。就是关于E为什么有问题已经很清楚了。就是能再追问一下C吗？
就像是你说的the deer population是主语，has grown是谓语，with and with结构是伴随状语，这些我都明白了。就是不懂的一处就是在the deer population in NJ和has grown to exceed 175,000之间的这个wildlife officials estimate该如何解释啊？因为插入语一般是名词，或者是a/an NOUN that 这种，就是直接在主语谓语之间加了NOUN+Verb, 就是这种结构我有点不能理解。

(C) With no natural predators and with expanses of green suburban neighborhoods where there is no hunting, the deer population in New Jersey, wildlife officials estimate, has grown to exceed 175,000.

就是 With结构，S1, S2V2, V1O.
我觉得run-on啊。我再继续找找吧。

嗯。已经解决该道题目。Ron神说，wildlife officials estimate，可以当修饰成分。就像，he says,那种。
