I got Dinged by columbia this morning.

But they say they encourage me to reapply to their Jan 2006 program, which is 16 months.

Although we cannot guarantee you a place in a future class, we recognize the strengths of your application and encourage you to reapply for January 2006 if you are not accepting an offer elsewhere.

The January-start option allows applicants to complete the MBA in 16 months. It is designed for those students who do not require or want a summer internship. After reviewing your file, the committee feels you would be an appropriate candidate for the January semester."

Anybody got the same situation as I did?  Anyone know about this 16-month program?   I guess it might be because I didn't want to change my career direct.  sigh.....

no intership if you entroll in jan.

when did your application complete?
