而文章又说了freedom speech-->satisfy the mass-->well function of government

D指出freedom speech和equality of opportunity对well function of government同样重要，但这样并不妨碍文章的结论，因此没有削弱。

你说的削弱题中反对前提是无效是对的，但这题的关键在于the function和the proper function，因此并没反对前提。我记得有一题是the goal of the psychotherapy is to increase....但最后反对的理由是the result of the psychotherapy is to decrease....所以回到这题，C实际上在说the current function doesn't lead to a healthy state, but the proper function do.

有点明白了，应该是断桥削弱吧
