what schools shall I apply?

Hi, I took the GMAT last Friday, got 720 (96%). I immigrated to Canada in 98, now a Canadian citizen. I am 36, with 2 kids, and my wife is an Oracle DBA. Before immigrating to Canada, I worked in importing business in China for 8 years, among which 2 years were department manager, and 2 years were in my own company. After immigrating to Canada, I studied Software Engineering, and got a diploma, along with almost 3 years' IT experience.

Personally, I like Ivey, especially their new China Stream program. But seems that my score can apply for better schools. However, after checking the dead lines, I realize that many top schools I can not apply this year, because their deadlines have been alreay or almost passed. Among the left, seems that Columbia or Tuck I can still manage to apply before their deadlines. Since I am pretty much an 'old' guy, so I donot want to apply for next year.

Can you kindly give me some suggestions? thanks so much.

Did you check NYU and Darden? I am not sure, but I remember their first round deadlines are later than others, so I am guessing whether their deadlines for the last round are also late. Please correct me if I am wrong.
