About U of washington's interview (seattle)

Face to face interview is much much better than phone interview. In fact, I feel that yesterday's interview likes a test,  not a communication. I guess the interviewer weared headphone or somthing else, the voice was very low. I had to ask her to speak loudly several times, and maybe this affected the atmosphere. I couldn't find the topic that both of us were all interested in.

While during my face-to-face interview, the air was quite active. I extended many questions. I also got a commom interesting topic that was outside of profession, and we talked about it for several minutes.

Campus-visit demonstrates that you are very interest in this school, so it's a very good idea. During my on-campus interview, the intervewee said that you can know b-school from different angel by talking with students.

As for class visit, I did that, and I was also invited to join a study group to discussion a question. But in fact, I understood a little bit of what they talked about. Don't worry about that. You can ask students what you care. It's a good experience for me. I know my gaps--I  need to improve my reading and listning skills before go to school.

So, go ahead. It does as what you think-- adding your chance to get into U.W.
