Few peple got the opportunity to work in the US with only a degree in China although I did see exceptions.
I don't really know whether the two situations you mentioned will be treated equally in the application. Probably yes because the schools pay more attention to what you have done than to where you have done it.
Besides, having a Master's degree does not seem to help much in the MBA applications. Undergraduate GPA is more important. Correct me if I am wrong. |
