Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250 words)

Hey there,
I think it’s more a matter of taste. I mean for some people one test is more difficult than the other, depending on what works for you, but there is no real absolute answer.
