What's your background? I am not going to apply for MBA, only for Master, since i have one of my leg in the field. But i am unsure what they are looking for, what's difference between MBA and MS in RE. That's the reason i want to get some information from people who were admitted before. Where are you going to apply for?

MIT has a one-year master program on real estate. If you have background in architecture and a gmat above 670, then you definitely can try.

I did not know they ask for G670+, i did not see any min. requirement at all, where did you get this? Must750.

No program sets minimum GMAT. I just suppose it's better to have a score above that, because I have a friend who graduated from that program. He told me the minimum GMAT of Chinese student in his class is 670.
