issue第四篇。 之前被批改说逻辑不缜密,每段的观点不清晰。这次特地注意了再写了一篇。

In any profession--business,politics,education,government--those in power should step down after five years

为了避免逻辑不缜密和每段观点不清晰,我特地把每段的观点直接在第一句写出来。这样会不会好一些呢?


  Leaders ,with outstanding visions and correct judgement ,are the north star lead the society to move on . As time changes rapidly , it's naturally for our leaders to keep up with the contemporary society . Surely ,revitalization for the leadership is needed because older people are not as easy and timely as younger people to accept new ideas and keep up the rapidly changing society .
        However , how often do organizations require those in power to step down is not decided only by time they have worked for . Several aspects contribute to those in power to step down .
        The abilities a leader has have the highest priority for the organization to make the determination . As mentioned previously , leaders should have an insight of the trends of environment , make correct judgements for accidents timely , carry out policies efficiently and convince their fellows that they will lead them to develop a better organization . For example , if A CEO is too stubborn to take the advice of his/her employee which causes the company to lose the global market ,he will be required by the board to step down undoubtedly .Accordingly , without such characters above , a leader would no long be qualified and should step down as soon as possible in case he/she brings about havoc for the organization .
        Furthermore , for an organization to prosper, cooperation between leaders and employees is one of the keys to thrive . On the contrary to the statement , there is no need for an organization to require its leaders ,being qualified with all characters mentioned previously, to step down . Considering the coherence of the organization and the tacit agreement between leaders and fellows , it will take a long time for new leaders to construct such a competitive relation . A new leader will have to spend a period of time to familiarize the strategy of the organization , his fellows with their advantages and disadvantages  and establish a firm relation with them to ensure there will be less obstacles of communication . However keeping the previous experienced leader will surely save these meaningless precious time.
        Additionally , by requiring those in power to step down in every five years , a clear strategy may not be ensured . Because every leader has their own art of management , their leadership will surely be different , which would confuse their fellows about what is right to do and cause commotion . As the new leader may disagreed the plan made by the previous one and deny it thoroughly , all the efforts spent by the fellows would be in vein , which may annoy the fellows to leave away and cause the organization suffering by a lack of work force .
        In conclusion ,time is not the only decisive point to change leaders .To require those in power to step down ,we need to testify their unqualified leadership and consider the current inner situation of the organization .After all ,revitalization is a necessity but not a sufficiency .Only consider every aspect of the organization can we make the determination .
