小弟你好，再工作2年吧，申top10有戏，琢磨一下怎么解释你的GPA (either high GMAT, or some other form of education to prove your consistency and commitment to school academics).

当然如果你的经历超人，非同寻常，那你就直接申。

For the moment, if you are thinking of doing an MBA, you will need two more years experience at least before you should apply. The two main things you can work on in this time is making sure you succeed at work (and get advancement, and promotions and leadership) and also that you have strong volunteer experience (too few Chinese applicants really have this). Work on that, and it will help you a LOT when it comes time to apply!
