这道题，其他论坛高手给的解释是：正确答案A，虽然原文提到说城与城之间要保持一直，但其目的是organizecollective activity，和ration space。而collective activity对应了选项B，C对应set time togo to sleep,也就是结束工作的时间。D对应开头catholic church的prayers活动。
这道题我选的是B，正确答案是A。我疑惑的是B中的因素都是这一段没有出现过的 而全文唯一出现market的地方，在后面，内容如下：这个部分也没有提到各个城市之前需要统一市场的经营时间
