幾題PP語法問題

不好意思有幾題問題如果有點無厘頭請包涵

test2 的
73. Light from the Sun can penetrate only
a few hundred meters below surface
of the ocean.
答案改成 below of surfure , why? surfure 前面不用加the ?
不能直接用 below the surfure of the ocean 嗎?

我了解一定要改成create 但想要請問後面的is 跟helped 的時態不用統一嗎?
