Hi there. You school list is fine. The programs in UIUC and Florida are quite competitive so you may need to work harder on your essays or personal statement.

You have good scores and GPA. But they are not highlights of your background. In order to convince the admission committee that you are the candidate they are looking for, you need to evaluate your experience and background carefully and figure out what are your core competencies. From the brief introduction you provided, I think you have international perspective, related work experience, and active extra-curriculum activities. You need to dig deeper and express your qualities in your essays. This is what really matters to your application.
