Oh, you're in Singapore. that might have made the difference. I'd ask the admission office nicely. they should still consider your file for round 1, provided that your other stuff are there.

Ithaca, NY is in Eastern Standard Time zone. So there is a 11-12 hour difference. I'm not sure if it is 11 or 12 because there is this silly thing about day-time saving. Nov15晚上12点 in Ithaca should be Nov16 11AM or 12noon in Beijing, I think. But do consult another source
