The quality of relate well to people are more important than studying hard in school?
What are the most significant qualities that people should get? The answer is not clear, furthermore, there are varieties of good qualities that have great benefit to people. So, a divide prospect should be used. In some particular areas the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school, however, in other areas vice versa.
In the first place, it is conceivable that the quality of relate well to people is sufficient to human being. For century, the development of human social depends on communication, and any human social cannot develop, if lacking the quality of communication. In the same token, it is obvious that the quality of relate well to people is important for nowadays students. In the other hands, many jobs required this quality, the benefit of the quality that relate well to people is obvious, if a manager want to increase its company's profit. Furthermore, not only knowledge is important to a president, but also the quality of relate well to people, for the reason that an citizen prefer those leaders who look kind and sweet, in their opinion, citizen consider those leaders are more likely than others to complete people's mission. What's more, my uncle who is a businessman is very funny and have the quality of relate well to his employees, as a result, those employees are very loyalty to him, every time the company facing problem, those employees always choose to work late with my uncle without hesitating.
However, one cannot deny the importance of studying hard in school. In the same world, what's the most sufficient quality that an individual can learn from his or her teacher? The answer is knowledge. It is universally acknowledged that human development depends on the technology success, from the Industrial Revolution to the International Invention, knowledge plays an important role. So, we cannot emphasis of the significant of studying hard in school too much. School has the condition to provide varieties kinds of knowledge to students, so why not catching this opportunity? Furthermore, some jobs, such as electrical engineer, marine engineer or physicist, are required strongly knowledge background. Meanwhile, so precious is studying hard in school that we cannot afford waste it.
Among the vicissitude of human life, one should choose right path and use right method to reach the final gold. It is not easy to tell whether the quality of relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school. As a result, people should choose their own path that fit those most. |
