本人已經有一個master in healthcare management (MHA)
但畢業後除了前半年在某藥廠做 CRA以外, 其他時間都是在FMCG/Advertising 做marketing
現在是在某fashion品牌做 brand manager
我得人生就是完全沒有在按照正常的路走, 就連藥廠的CRA工作其實也和 HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT 沒有關係

現在問題來了
因為人生道路上的重大轉變

我決定想要去申請MBA IN ACCOUNTING (給非ACCOUNTING本科的人念的那種)

我想請問的是
我這樣子亂七八糟的人生道路
申請TOP30的 MBA in Accounting會有機會嗎?

學校會不會覺得我又只是一時的興起而申請呢?

目前GMAT還沒考, 之前工作都是在外企, 有ENTREPRENEUR 的經驗 (創業一年內,業績RMB800萬)

Accounting是一个需要经验和考试的。各种不同的accounting designations, 你毕业以后想干吗？ CFO? 没有相关的工作经验，就一个MBA，不容易哦。不过加油如果你想做一定有办法。

如果可以把accounting & marketing 兩種專業合在一起
我覺得pricing manager 會很適合 (?)

但我最想的其實是先進四大
然後從最一開始的junior accountant 開始

但因為我喜歡換來換去的工作環境
也許audit 會很適合我?

我也還在摸索當中, 各位大師有甚麼想法嗎?

Hey there! And thanks for posting here.
You certainly do have a lot of interesting stuff in your background! J The important thing is to figure out how to put everything together to make a STORY. Now, if you present to the Adcom “I did Healthcare. Then I did fashion. Now I want to do accounting” it’s gonna seem like you really don’t know what you want to do. It’s a bit too messy. So the first thing I would suggest is to drop the accounting idea, and present the AdCom goals in Fashion, since this is where your experience is. Of course once you get in, you can explore other options, if you find them better! (So take as many accounting classes as you like when in your MBA…. Because you don't apply to an “MBA in accounting” but a plain old regular MBA, and then add the classes you want). And with a good GMAT you can make it in.
