I am probably very stupid regarding to this, but I do not think those courses or backgound knowledge you listed are that necessary. I have many classmates who did BBA in their undergrad study (in US) and their math knowledge were very limited (only restricted to those core math courses in b-school), but they still got admitted by top PhD finance programs in the US and they all survicved for MORE THAN 2 years so far.
Maybe they are super smart, so they do not need to take those courses. But personally i do not think those courses are that important. If I am wrong, I apoloize.
