Some quick quesitons for MBA applicaiton

#1. There are no major diff to apply MBA using GRE or GMAT, right? One concern is GMAT has always been the the dominant trend and school usually has statistics on class profile's GMAT statistics, but you rarely see that for GRE.
#2. Is iBT an elimination/or important factor in the admission? Because some schools do not require iBT although strongly recommended for those having both English and non-English speaking education background.
#3. Re on w/ exp, how many post-graduation years is common? Will it be too little if there is only 2 years (i.e. by the time apply, there is only 1 year)? Which school usually prefer young kids?
