答案為C,pp語法筆記中,說an are called a “front” develops為主句,可是an area called…這樣不是pp修飾area嗎? 有動詞嗎?

I asked this question before. you are careless too. "develops" is verb here,so "an area called a “front” develops" is a complete sentence.
