Hi everyone,

I am a 2014 MBA student. I have made deposit to a beautiful
neighborhood called Northwood, which is 3 miles from campus and has a
bus running to school every day.

However, I had to give it up over another apartment after I paid the
deposit. The property management agrees for me to transfer my account.
That means, if you're still looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in a
nice neighborhood and decide to take Northwood, just email me and I
will hook you up with my agent. You will still have to apply online
and pay the 30 USD application fee. But you can give me deposit when
we meet and sign the lease with the property managmnt. And the rent
for the first month is FREE!!!!

Rent is low and good bargain. You won't want to miss it for the world.
