最近在集中做题，遇到一些题目，不得其解。没有找到相应的语法笔记，来这里和大家讨论讨论。

最简单的判断方法是， because从句， 后必有主语，此处spread为过去时，通过now 可知

谢谢 marinezheng, 讲得很清楚。因为and想当然的认为都是一般现在时，呵呵，大意了。

楼主能确定这些题的答案正确吗？

请坛上其他朋友一起做一下，我自己做的结果不太一样，但也没有把握。

9005-8 A、C肯定不对了。如果答案是B，与D的区别在great上，而great唯一可能造成的区别就是名词数的不同。如果是a worldwild influence就是说influence 可数，加了great 是否理解为相当于a great （deal）of或much 一样的结构，可以跟不可数名词。这个推想只建立在答案确实是B的基础上。如果没有a great相当于 much的说法，答案反而应该是D，因为这个great多余。

9008-29  答案应该是B，nearly是程度副词，这里表空间距离，改成near。C项指冰川扩张到海上，用into应该不错。

34。B副词修饰名词肯定有问题，但是不是也可以理解为actually修饰的是are?如果这样理解，后面从句的which指代前面的seeds在句中作主语，应该可以直接用which contain, 不用in which。这样考虑就该选C

9010-36 D项错，不过应该是改high, 不是in height.全句简单结构就是dams size 各异，小到XXX大到many feet high的都有。

37 我还是选了B，这里的代词应该是指代organism，应该改成IT。不知道是不是被老师的理论带的钻牛角尖，遇到the beginnings of culture 我想到的就是文化的起源有多种，所以并不觉得它错。

39题我确实看不出来为什么D错，但是A有很明显的错误，名词修饰名词时，变复数只变后一个，前面名词不变。所以应该是employment agencies. D项available定语后置，应该没什么问题。

40题，虽然鱼类名词都可以表集合，但是既然后面有那么多their,they，主语数上保持一直也应该用spend而不是spends了，所以感觉A项没错。（鱼类的主谓一致问题看过不过也许记错了，稍后再查一下）。倒是C despite 是介词，能在句中引导句子吗？用althogh可能好些。

9101-12只能选B，主句缺主语，而其他三个选项都不是谓语。

我做的答案是D B C D B A C B  如果楼主答案肯定是对的，我这语法问题就太大了。请大家一起来探讨一下。

偶和stellate作的一样，也同意她的解释，只是第一题是不是Ｄ选项少了great,a worldwide influence great,因为这是一道排序题，其他选项都有great，若是这样，Ｂ肯定是正确的．
