Test results will be mailed to institutions approximately five weeks after you take the test, as specified in the Information Bulletin or listed on the Score Reporting Schedule. Under no circumstances can score reports be mailed any earlier. About one month after the test, your personal copy -- an Examinee's Score Record -- will be sent to the most recent address you have provided. If the postal service returns your score record as being undeliverable, TOEFL Services will mail it again only if there is a new address on file. If your address changes after you take the test, please contact TOEFL Services. | If you have NOT received your examinee's score record within 12 weeks after the test, contact TOEFL Services. |
Get your TOEFL scores faster by phone If you do not want to wait to receive your TOEFL score results by mail, you can have them reported to you by phone approximately four weeks after the test date. Scores by phone are available seven days a week, between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. New York time. The fee for this service is US$10 per call. Before calling, check the Score Reporting Schedule to be sure your scores are available. To have official score reports mailed to institutions you did NOT list on your TOEFL answer sheet on the day of the test, you will need to make your request by phone or complete a request form and send it with the appropriate fee to TOEFL/TSE Services. Additional score report requests will be processed only after the score report mailing date if you took the paper test, or two weeks after you take the computer-based test.
