If I am given the chance to choose from recommanding my country the plan of a university to develope a center for business research and the plan to develop a center for agricultural research , I would definitly recommend to develope a business research center. There are many reasons why I choose to recommend the former.And in here I will explain some of the most important reasons.

Firstly, mature theories and knowledge of economy are in great demand in China. Although domestic researchers in increasing numbers are devoting their time and energy to upgrade the theories of financial domain, which could drive the direction of Chinese economy running in a smooth and effective way, more cruel and complicate conditions of Chinese market point their effort still need time to close achievement. (the cruelly economic condition indicates that their efforts is so insufficient )    It is true that since 1990, the growing numbers of financial books such as 'the legendary development of GE 'have been introduced into China, and that the claims of building more systemic and ( systematically )effective business research centers have never halted.

Secondly, reports and surveys ( the fruits of this center)created by business research center could supply some helpful and valuable advices（uncountable) to the society, which are able to therefore relieving some serious economic problems(issues) of China. For example, without enough investigation, China is slowly, painfully, discovering the limits to growth and the price of so-called prosperity—the energy shortage. （for example ,due to lacking enough investigation, the  economy is suffering from the enormous shortage of oil ,the growth  slowing down) this acute energy shortage has idled (太妙了，我仿佛看到了动感）the nation’s factories three days a week, forced workers to take leaves and dimmed streetlights in some big cities.
