LZ, 以下是我当初发信去问emory关于T没上100回复，你可以参考
Please apply, and schedule an interview if possible. The interview may aleviate the need to retake the toefl again. If you are not able to travel to a location that we are are offering interviews, then your once your application is complete the admission committee may decide to interview you by phone.

先申请着，然后同时准备重新考IBT，补分数。

楼上是正解，否则会影响奖学金，甚至就算录了也会要求你上语言课的。

一般来讲，不上100，除非你其他方面的背景明显超过这个学校的平均水平，否则没戏
