Hey there—you can define international exposure however you can. You will do the best you can! Let me explain. For some people, they have traveled and worked in different countries. And that is great stuff, especially for Chinese applicants. But for those without that experience, they will have to describe their “international experience” differently. So for example, do you work with people from different countries? Does your company have offices abroad? ANYTHING of this nature can be defined as international experience. And you will need to push HARD to find ANYTHING that is international in nature. Once you have identified that kind of experience, even if it is a stretch, it is all about how you DESCRIBE it. That is, if you describe the fact that every day you talk to someone in Ireland carefully, THAT could qualify as a great international experience! It all depends on what you can demonstrate you’ve learned from these interactions. Hope this helps…
