对的，就是那个have错了。因为这里uniform是个形容词，前面的谓语动词应该改成be动词 are。是一个谓语，表语的搭配问题。

这里对D可能也会有些疑问，不过当表示多样性抽象概念的时候，原句的表述也是正确的。
