Michigan, belonging to Nebraska service center. Vermont is one of the fastest ones in processing chaning from f2 to f1 recently. I will start mba this August. and also I am sure the CJ at mexico is still applicatable for f2 to f1. I made appointment too on August 10 in case I can't get the visa done in the U.S. I will take the chance and try to get the f1 visa there at CJ.
Could you please share some information about change of status? what documents did you provide? 父母的房产证明，和父母 关系的公证等？ 国内的身份证和户口本都要公证吗?
the cover letter should be long or short? ISO told me only 5 lines is ok. but how could I explain the reason of study MBA and will go to china in 5 lines?
