答案是D，但是我选的是E，不明白为什么不对~

答案是A，我觉得最后逗号后面的its前面应该有个衔接词吧？？？？

答案是A，不明白C为什么不对

Q1:用they的话就会产生一个新的句子呀。而逗号是不可以接一个新句子的.典型的run-on sentence.
"also occationally are dealing",也是啊，are dealing 这个现在进行时态也用得不对。
Q2:不用加连词的，因为前面是由although引导的从句，后面本来就有一个but的意思，不过被省略了而已。
Q3:如果是C的话，根据修饰的就近原则，that affects 修饰的仅仅是atmosphere,而句意应该是海洋与大气的相互关系影响了气候。
第一次回答问题..有什么解释得不对的，请各位高手多多指教。
