这学校到底什么意思，大家帮忙看看

前两天看见有人报了Pittsburgh的IS的interview, 我就知道我没戏了，所以今天想发封信把据信催出来也算。结果收到小秘如下回复：

The Doctoral Committee iscurrently reviewing files so it could take another month. If they areinterested in a particular candidate they may contact that candidate ahead oftime to arrange a visit. I know it’s a little unnerving, but it’ssomewhat of a waiting game.
这到底是神马意思吗，要拖到4月份才肯发据信，还是说我在WL上，那如果手上有其他offer了还要等他吗？大家给点建议吧，我手上到是还没有完全敲定的offer，但觉得这个学校这样做很奇怪，你既然没给我发面试，那说明我第一时间就被据了呗，干吗还拖着我呢。大家说呢？谢谢～

the interview is held by profs, they won't notify the secretary until they make the final offer decision, that is why the secretary replied this email to you.

应该是有的。不知道Pitts是不是这样，有些学校教授各自拿到interview的名单，看自己时间合适再行动等等

会不会也有可能他们的interview是分批的？
