It is different for every school. Generally, most interviews tend to be “blind.” This of course means that they haven’t read ANYTHING about you. But this isn’t always the case. Now lets think about what it means tho—how would it change the way that you prep for an interview? It wouldn’t! J After all, you will go into the interview with all your best stories ready to go. If they wanna hear a different story than the one that you tell, they will of course let you know. But it is quite rare that an interviewer will tell you, “Gosh, I already know that story. Can you tell me another?” It has happened to our clients from time to time. But it is rare. So go into your interview assuming that 2 times out of 3, they have not read your app. Bring a copy of your resume, and tell your best stories. And good luck!
