In reference to your inquiry, in order to provide you with a Course-by-Course evaluation of your foreign educational credentials, you will be required to submit your official original documents as issued by the institution, including course transcripts and diploma along with our application form and the corresponding payment. Upon receipt we will determine if additional information is required. You may download the Foreign Credential Evaluations Application form from our website at www.jsilny.com, where all fees and procedures are listed. The fee for a Course-by-Course Evaluation is $140.00. The completed Evaluation Report will describe the type of degree awarded and its US equivalency. It will also state the name of the courses taken, semester credit hours and grades, as converted to the U.S. educational system. The evaluation service will be completed in 10 working days from the date that all documents, payment and our completed application form are received. Rush services are available if needed. If you would like a copy of the report to be sent directly to a particular institution, please include an additional $15.00 fee (per copy) and indicate the exact address on the application form to which you would like it to be sent. Payment for services needed may be made by check, money order or credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card you must download the Credit Card Information form from our website at w ww.jsilny.com and include a copy of the credit card (front and back) and a copy of a photo ID or passport of the cardholder.
