Career goal寫Healthcare IT或者Healthcare consultant，但是申請普通MBA不選healthcare項目可以嗎？

本人IT研發背景，之前做金融項目，現在做醫療保險項目。現在寫goal esssay發現很難解釋這一轉變。所以我想把goal和healthcare相關，是我又不想學MBA和healthcare的joint degree。請問如果我goal是那樣寫，但是又不申healthcare項目，會讓adcom覺得奇怪，然後降低我的機會嗎？謝謝！

You think way too much. Business is business. There is business issues in all industries, financial service, IT, healthcare, energy, retail ... If you do MBA, you want to be a businessman. A businessman solves business problems regardless the industry.

You think way too much. Business is business. There is business issues in all industries, financial service, IT, healthcare, energy, retail ... If you do MBA, you want to be a businessman. A businessman solves business problems regardless the industry.

Hey there! So long as you can explain that you loooove your current project in healthcare, it is feasible that the adcom will believe that you love that field. The argument that you DON’T wanna go to a healthcare program is an easy one to make. After all, you need to learn a LOT about business. Not just the HC field. You wanna learn how to sell, how to market, how to negotiate—you are coming from a technical IT background. To go to ANOTHER specialty would be very difficult indeed—instead, now is the time to get a GENERAL background. You don’t want to specialize—not again. Make sense? You should be just fine, so long as you explain the need for a GENERAL MANAGEMENT education…
