根据学校的要求，应该不可以

The Johnson School Admissions Office accepts applications for the Two-Year MBA and Accelerated MBA program in four rounds between October and March. You must submit your application by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the application deadline. Recommendations or other supplementary materials may arrive after the deadline, but your application will remain incomplete until you provide all required materials

至少Cornell是可以的
