In response to the problem, some people may argue that as a co-worker, the most important characteristics are utility value, because this characteristic is substantially practical point.
First of all, it is always top of the list of my viewpoints that a fantastic co-worker has responsibility, which is the substance of all things. To make my demonstration more profoundly and comprehensively, I would like t o cite what one of my favorable celebrities has mentioned," my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country”, this great well-known saying was announced by John Fitzgerald Kennedy who is the 35th president of the united states.
Moreover, also provides adequate justification for my opinion. According to 100 studies carried out in 10 major cities throughout China, people suppose to agree with that the most engaging characteristics are “personal integrity of profession” and no one can deny the truth behind the number.
In addition, an equally essential factor which deserves people's attention is kindheartedness, which represents a guy who like to help his/her colleague, and enlighten their puzzles. A kindhearted co-worker who should be respected other colleague.
All in all, although some people may still remain unconvinced, the reasons I have analyzed could at least make them more aware of the various dimensions of the issue under discussion. There is little doubt that more and more people will come to realize that we should always think about these questions that “what can I do for my colleague? ” and “what characteristics I should possess?” |
