Hello,

I have a bedroom in an oncampus townhouse from September at the University of Rochester's whipple park, and I am looking for a single female to live with me. It is completely furnished, and it is very new. It is also very close to bus stop and laundry room.

Requirements are:
1. you must be a U of Rochester's graduate student or PhD, which is the requirement of the office of this living area.
2. please make sure you can live here until the end of next June.
3. please be a responsible, neat, easy-going female.
