我在波士顿读书，刚好暑假要回家，房子空出来2个月，想转租。这套公寓内部设施和外部环境都很好，设施齐全，带家具，还有冷气，波士顿这边夏天带冷气的房子不好找。从公寓走路到地铁B线只要1分钟，离BU, BC和HBS都很近，房东是个中国人，人很友善，也很有趣，有很多艺术作品和收藏。$670的租金很便宜，我签的lease是$770/月，因为着急转租，已经垫了$100。如果有人感兴趣，可以给我发邮件lulu.li.star(在) gmail.com.
