成绩单翻译还要翻译人的签名和电话？

我看很多学校对不是英文的成绩单要求有资质的翻译人或翻译机构来翻译，可是我学校的是自己出具的翻译成绩单，并且都有红章。还要再找人在上面签名留电话地址吗？我怕弄巧成拙了。。。难道红章是中文的也不成吗？红章也得翻译？
大家的英文成绩单都是怎么弄的呢？

每个学校要求不同啊但是我没听过说有必须要的

Submit official translations of all educational documents originally issued in a language other than English. “Official translations” must be issued by a translation agency or university language department. The translation must be typed on official stationery, with the name, phone number, and address of the translator. The translator must attest proficiency in the original language and must indicate that the
translations are true and correct. Photo/notarized copies will not be accepted, nor will an evaluation of your education take place unless academic records are accompanied by true and complete, word-forword translations.

如果学校是这么写的怎么办啊！！
