29.（新题2；5次）“Constant innovation and change within an organization are as likely to damage the organization as they are to improve it.”

没想到能用什么reasoning去论证~~希望大家帮帮忙，谢谢！！

我今天的作文题啊……

我用的是从两方面论证的的模板

第一，在一些情况下，会damage to the organization是因为constant innovation and change 比如说研发项目需要大量的cost, 而长期的研发支出会造成现金流（cash flow）断裂，资金周转不灵，进而影响到企业的发展。

第二，这个观点在很大程度上是不正确的，比如在科技迅速发展的今天，创新包括很多方面的创新了，比如产品的创新，销售形势的创新，甚至还有管理的创新，只有不断创新才能保持竞争力，再来一个什么例子：比如说IT行业，或者微软，技术更新速度很快。。。

凑合着看吧。我也被这篇AI纠结到了。。。

如果是AI 应该是要自己发表观点, 稍微讨论下:

1. over innovation and change 却是会damage company.....

2.however, constant innovation and change are necessary....例子: Huawei Directors resign all together and reapply the positions by competing fairly with outside talents.

3: 永远不变的公司环境会使员工没有紧迫感.

4, today customs prefer to experience new products with innovated technologies, companys without constantly innovated products will lose their market share sooner or later, 例子: Motorola just closed out their mobile phone deparment with too few new products designed.
