申请问题： Yale, activities

各位前辈仁人，

在下填资料时看到有一项要求：

List the most meaningful activities (up to five (5)) in which you participate or have participated from college to date. For each activity, list the name and location of the organization (if any), the starting and ending dates of your involvement, the amount of time you have devoted to the activity, and a brief description of the nature of your involvement.

如果我的某些activies有在Essay里有讲述，是否在此处应该避开呢？还有，resume里的内容是否应该和这两者都不重合，抑或是不相妨碍的？
